Developed from decades of practice, academic research and with lots of client help.
The book could also serve as a text book for an advanced class on joint venturing.
Geopolitics
Working with clients on addressing their operational concerns in China has led to the development of a thesis around 'reglobalization' on how the current events will lead to a longer term equilibrium. There are also very practical steps that executives can take to mitigate the impacts created by the short-to-medium term disruptions.
Writing with Ken Dewoskin, a series of three articles was released with Fortune over the summer of 2024: One, Two, Three.
